Please note that it was the first time that these young ladies had learned Praise Dance and ministered before an audience. They were able to minister after they had attended at least 8 weeks of rehearsals and had passed their dance theory test (Praise Dance Foundational), and other requirements for public ministry stated in section 8.

I really feel connected to God on a different level when worshipping Him through dance, no matter the mood I am in, I dance and worship God with my body instead of only talking or singing. I feel free in my body and freedom in Jesus, and free to express my emotions. It gives me pure joy to worship Jesus and thank Him for all that He has done and is still doing.

Attending dance classes with Phillipah brought out the best in my mental and emotional health. It was a delightful experience having her coach me during the time she did, as I needed to improve my mental and physical wellbeing.
